I was curious if there was a way to insert html into an approval. I typed it out expecting It to be able to work like the emails but it doesn't seem like that's the case is there anyway to do that?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Anonymous

Power Automate approvals leverage the markup language

I noticed that but it doesn't do everything I need it to do such as changing the text color from what I can tell. is there a way to do that at least?

Only markup is supported as of today.

User voice would be your best bet.

You could also use the create approval action (turn of email notifs), then send your own email using SendEmail action and then call Wait for an Approval
