Power Automate and M365 permissions

Is it possible to use PowerAutomate to read a sharepoint list and update shared outlook inbox permissions in M365's Admin Center?

My goal is to have a SharePoint list. The rows would be the employees, the fields would be the different shared Outlook Inboxes.
Within the cells of the SharePoint list would be an integer indicating access or no access like 0/1 or string like blank vs Shared.

I would like PowerAutomate to pull the information from the SharePoint list and then update the M365 shared inbox permission.

There are no direct actions in PA to do that.

Indirect actions would allow you to use the HTTP or Azure AD HTTP Connectors to send Graph API requests. But you have to make sure you have a registered app with delegated privileges to even do it.

So it's possible, but do you really want a flow that anyone with privs can access, that IT itself has admin privs on mailboxes via Graph.

    Essentially

    POST https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users/{shared-mailbox-id}/updateMailboxSettings

    Possible. Yes. Up to you.

If you like my answer, I would really appreciate if you please Mark it as Resolved, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers
