Associating a row to a Table

I need help creating a automate flow. I created two tables which I need to associate with one another for the rollup field to work, and it has 1:N relationship. the Tables are Loan Summaries and Loan Adjustment. The Loan Adjustment are individual records of employee's loan transaction, and the Loan Summaries is where the rollup field located. For every employee has a summary record of their total loan or total deduction. So I need to associate the Loan Adjustment's employee ID to the Loan Summaries. I tried using the automate flow "Relate Row" but it seems it doesn't work or I may have a few steps missing, any advice would be great.

when you create the loan adjustment record there should be a lookup field on field for the Loan Summaries and this is the field you need to set so that you can relate the 2 tables and it should be in the below way:

    /schemanameinplural/loansummaryGUID
