Like, I've mentioned in a previous post I am building on top of a dataverse database within a solution, so I can ship the app to my client for him to run in his environment. I pay the $20 a month for the license.
My client, who has an Office 365 license, wants his team to use the app and he wants to let his customers use the app, but he is worried there might be additional costs for using a dataverse database (as opposed to a sharepoint list) that he'd have to pass on to his clients.
How can I develop a dataverse power app on make.powerapps.com that my client could use along with his customers, who all have Office 365 licenses, without them paying extra fees? Can I develop a dataverse power app in a solution on make.powerapps.com that my cline could then run in his Teams environment, which would allow him and his clients to use the dataverse for teams tier?
