82I am creating a multi-level approval app that requires multiple people to approve a request at each level (i.e. Level 1= Supervisors, Level 2 = Executives, Level 3= CEOs).
After ALL Level 1 approvers (supervisors) respond, I would like a 'pop up' box to show allowing the last supervisor to select the level 2 approvers. After all Level 2 approvers (executives) respond, I would like a 'pop up' box to show allowing the last executive to select the level 3 approvers (CEOs).
I have a SharePoint list that has a multi-select person column and a html multi-line text column for each level of approval.
Every time an approver responds, their answer is appended to the other approvers, at their level, in the multi-line text column. This is the process for each approval level.
(i.e. Level 1 approvers, Supervisor 1 and Supervisor 2 must EACH respond before the pop-up box shows for Supervisor 2 to select the Executive approvers)
What formula can I use to achieve this in PowerApps?
