creating condition in voting

Hello PowerApps community,

I have an app where members will vote for an item/idea. Now, I want when 80% of the members have voted while 90% of them are agree, the item will be automatically set as success/completed.

Could you please advise on that.

Can you please provide more information?  I will need you to provide a sample of your datasource (column names, types, and sample data).

I have a SharePoint list called "Submissions" which stores all the requests submitted.

In the same list,  I have 2 columns "Accept" and "reject" in Yes\No type which stores if the responses is Yes and No respectively. Also, I have another column called "Status" which stores the status of the requests.

I created another list called "Members" where I listed all the users who should vote for the item.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    More information is still needed:

In the members list, what is the column name you store the member in?  What type of data is it?

In the members list, how do you show which members should vote for an item?  Is it different for each item or the same for all?

In the submissions list, what statuses can a request have?  When does the item receive each status?

Also, I am going to recommend you change your "Accept" and "Reject" columns to a "Choices" type column with the options: "", "Accept", "Reject".

In the members list , I created a column called "emailAddress" which stores all their email addresses.

From the login screen, I added the function called lookup to make sure only voters should access the app.

    LookUp(Members, emailAddress = varUserEmail).emailAddress & Navigate (Screen1, ScreenTransition.Cover); NewForm(Form1)

However, this function still is showing some errors for "emailAddress" which i could not fix.

For all items, members should vote for the item.

In the submission, by default the request has "new" status once submitted, and should change to successful or Unsuccessful once the vote is completed and based on this condition when 80% of the members have voted while 90% of them are agree, it should be successful or else Unsuccessful.
