Flow Connection to Zendesk is not working anymore

Hello Flow / PowerApps Team,

 

My Flow thats reads Zendesk Tickets is not working anymore after last week. I try to build a new connection but the same error is comming up. Befor the flow is running for months without any problem. What can I do?

    Hi @rheid ,

     

    Error code 504 is a Gateway Timeout error, it might only be temporary.

     

    What’s your current situation? Are you still having the issue?

     

    I have made a flow with Zendek trigger When an item is created, it works successfully.

    By the way, you could try the following ways when having this 504 error:

    • Retry the page
    • Check the proxy server setting in your browser

    Hi @v-yamao-msft , Thanks for the answer. At the moment there are still failures of the Connector / Gateway. Two queries were successful and now the problem occurs again. I have already created a new connection without success. It is not stable to run.
