Cannot find the flow when trying to add it into a solution

I created one cloud flow without putting it into a solution. When I tried to add it into one solution by using 'Add existing' function, but could not find it in the existing flow list. Just wondering why it is not showing up there?

My understand is that, if the flow is not solution-aware, then it should be available in the list when users try to add them into a solution. Please correct me from wrong.

Some flows are currently not available to add to solutions.

Thanks Wearsky for the response.

I've figured out a way to work around it. Looks like it is because the trigger of the flow is 'manual' which prevents the solutions to see it. I temporarily changed the trigger to a scheduler. Then it is visible from the solution. Once it is pulled into the solution, you can restore the original trigger to use the 'manual' one.

This is very inconvenience, not sure why microsoft design it this way.
