Help with Flow

I am trying to create a flow which, when a form is submitted that it enable the following to be achieved:

 

  • Creates a .doc or .pdf document
  • Emails the .doc or .pdf to a particular email address
  • Updates a list within SharePoint

I have followed the videos that are on-line however don't seem to be getting anywhere.

 

Is there an actual way of being able to do this without having to upgrade top PREMIUM.
