I need to create a power automate flow which Identifies an extracts the items marked as OK and NOT OK in a pdf checklist. The final goal of the flow is to transfer the information in the pdf checklist to a SharePoint List.
The pdf ckecklist is very simple, it only has 2 columns:
- In the first column, we have the item description
- In the second column, we have the result of item checked. The result is handwritten by an operator and it can be OK or NOT OK.
The number of pages in the checklist could be more than one and the items with OK / NOT OK result appear randomly in all the pages.
I have tried to create the flow using customs AI model but I have not been able to figure out how to do it.
I would be very grateful if anyone could support with this issue.
