Good day!
I've created a permission form using Microsoft Form for the employees in my organization.
The logic of the form should be:
- Employee fills the form for the permission request and submit it.
- After submission the board gets an e-mail with options (accept, decline) indicatin that employee wants to leave the office.
- When the board click on accept, the requester (an employee who requested the permission) should get an e-mail with the result of the decision of the board.
So everything works fine except when the board accept the permission request, the requester doesn't get the confirmation e-mail.
What could cause the problem?
