Sure. Here's what I've attempted so far:
UpdateIf('Site Migration Checklist',Site_x0020_Archived_x0020_or_x00 = Dropdown1.Selected, {Site_x0020_Activity:Active})
"If any field in the Site Archived or Migrated column equals the distinct Dropdown value (ie. Migrated), update the Site Activity column for those fields to Active"

Is this "Site Activity" column a Choice column? If so, you just need to connect this list to PowerApps form, then bind a dropdown control to this column, and the choices available in column would appear in the dropdown choices. You just need to select the status from dropdown controls, fill the other required columns in from, add a submit button with OnSelect property set to "Submit(EditForm1)". After you click on the button, an item would be created to your SharePoint list.
You can create the app from New >Start with your data > SharePoint site URL > pick your list, let PowerApps auto-create the app.

Thank you. I have fixed the data table, so that the dropdown dictates which data is displayed. Now, I would like to do is bulk update those rows in the table.
For example, have the button update all rows where Site Archived or Migrated = Archived update the Site Activity field to Active.
