I have a workflow which get called from Power Apps, to create an outlook event:-

now currently i am hardcoding the time zone, so how i can pass the user time zone from power app to the flow, so the event get created based on the user time zone? and if this is possible , will the time zone be based on the user office 365 profile time zone? or his location/pc time zone?

This is the formula to call the flow from power apps:-

 WFHSendInviteToCalender.Run(
 "{
 ""WFHId"": " & Last(NewWFHEntry).ID & ",
 ""Subject"": ""WFO - " & User().FullName & """,
	""StartTime"": """ & ThisRecord.SelectedStartTime & """,
	""EndTime"": """ & ThisRecord.SelectedEndTime & """,
 ""AllDayEvent"": " & !tgAllDayEvent_1.Value & ",
	""RequiredEmail"": """ & If(
 IsBlank(varCountryAccountEmail),
 varDefaultCountryAccountEmail,
 varCountryAccountEmail
 ) & """,
	""Body"": """ & "
 Hi,
I am Working from office from " & Text(DateTimeValue(ThisRecord.SelectedStartTime),"hh:mm AM/PM") & " " & (ThisRecord.SelectedDate) & " - " & Text(DateTimeValue(ThisRecord.SelectedEndTime),"hh:mm AM/PM") & " " & (ThisRecord.SelectedDate) & " with full access to email.
<br />
Thank you,
" & User().FullName & "
 " & """
}"
 );

Thanks

    If you want to know and work directly with a user's time difference, add a 'number' input parameter to your flow and pass the value of TimeZoneOffset() from the app in that parameter. TimeZoneOffset() indicates the user's time difference from UTC in minutes.

    Hope that helps,

    Bryan

    @BCLS776 ok then how i can map the timedifference with the timezone options inside the Create Event action?

    There is a function in Power Automate called addMinutes() which you will now use to adjust all times to UTC time zone. Keep in mind if you are in North America, your TimeZoneOffset will be a negative number, meaning the local time zone is "behind" UTC and you must add minutes to get back to UTC.

    You'll need to add expressions using this time zone offset to the start and end times for Create Event, plus set the time zone to UTC.
