Does anyone have any experience with creating a Microsoft Flow for automatically generating attendance list from Teams meeting without having to manually do it?

There is no specific trigger in this case, so you just need to use the new message in TEAMS and make it match with "meeting report is ready" and set the flow.

And remember, that report is only available for the meeting generator and not the attendees with the common license( unless configured otherwise)

Automation of Teams Meeting Attendance

You can use this feature, which is built into Teams itself: Manage meeting attendance reports in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support. This feature can be restricted through the Teams Admin Center, so if you don't see this feature in your environment, you'll need to check with your admins.

If it is enabled, you can then use a Graph API call to get the report: https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/onlineMeetings/{meetingId}/attendanceReports
