Is there any way to continue a tag on the following line? The use case i have is a nested table of information, basically an address, where each line can contain multiple fields of information which it is ideal to parse as separate fields. In this example field two was long enough that the word processor wrapped that field's text to the next line, however, I don't see a way to tag the wrapped continuation of the field as it overlaps with the first field tag. Any ideas?
Hi @DanRit ,
If you are using the AI Builder document processing model, there's a possibility to continue a field tagging with the option "Continue tagging". You can see that in details here: Create a document processing custom model in AI Builder | Microsoft Learn
Hi @Antrod
Unless I'm mistaken, I believe that option is only available when tagging individual fields, as when you are tagging a table using the advanced mode, you must have a cell selected and then the only options I see on screen are to draw a rhombus or select individual recognized words. Once a selection for a cell has been made, the only option is to remove the tag. Am I missing something?
My bad, I didn't understand you were talking about tables 🙂
For tables, this option is not available as it considers cells to be part or the same vertical column.
Perhaps what you could try is to tag field 1, field 2 and field 2 continuation all together in a unique field and try to separate them in a post-processing step.
