Can this be done

I've created a customer feed back survey in forms, and I want power automate to, upon the first received response, create a folder on SharePoint using the name of the survey and then drop in the response.  Upon receiving additional responses, I simply want the responses dropped in the previously created folder.

Example:

Atlanta Survey

End result:

Creation of "Atlanta Survey" folder on SharePoint with the survey results inside

I'm just getting started in Power Automate and can't seem to figure this out.

You can simply use a Create new folder action without regard to whether or not the folder already exists.  If the folder already exists, no action is taken.

Substitute the output from Dynamic properties where folder name exists (i.e. Atlanta Survey) for "MyFolder".

To create the list item in the folder, you'll need to use a SharePoint HTTP action.  Here is a blog post that explains how.

Thanks for your help.  I'm not sure that will work.  I need the folder to be named after the form since the form will be used at multiple locations nationally and each form will have the location details.

So it will be something like:

    Example:

    Atlanta Survey

    Miami Survey

    Dallas Survey

    Los Angeles Survey

    End result:

Creation of "Atlanta Survey" folder on SharePoint with the survey results inside

Creation of "Miami Survey" folder on SharePoint with the survey results inside

Creation of "Dallas Survey" folder on SharePoint with the survey results inside

Creation of "Los Angeles Survey" folder on SharePoint with the survey results inside

Can you tell me if "Atlanta Survey" is the response to a question or the name of a survey?

It's the name of the survey.
