Hello everyone, 

Is it a good idea to train an invoice AI model with several kind of templates ? 

I was thinking that more I add different kind of invoices it will be more efficient because creating one template per kind of invoice would take a lot of time to implement. 

Or it is better to do so (one model per template) ? 

The model I am using works fine but it is sometimes duplicating a line in the excel file receiving the information. 

Let me know if you need more details.

    Hi @addWorker33 ,

     

    Indeed it's a good process to create a new collection for each document layout. Unless you need to extract very different information, you shouldn't need to create a new model each time.

     

    About the line duplicate, can you tell us if comes from AI Builder extraction or if it's due to your Power Automate flow logic? If it's from AI Builder, can you provide a screenshot?
