I am attempting to build a Dataverse table from a Sharepoint list. The list holds over 400 entries.

The table populates the first 20 entries of the Sharepoint list, but fails to import further. There is an option to manually add one line at a time (which I haven't tested). I cannot explain why the table is not fully populated.

I have seen a similar question posted elsewhere, but am not satisfied with the answer (which was that the data is actually there but I just cannot see it). I cannot train an AI model using the table because there is insufficient data in it (whether I can see it or not).

Could this be a licensing issue? If not, suggestions would be welcome!

20 is the default of what you see anytime you do imports, unless you got an error wait patiently, like SUPER patiently.. no more patiently, still not listening, like go have 34234 coffees patience.

Thanks @FLMike. I've been waiting for the table to be populated since April, and have now consumed nearly 40000 coffees. I'm personally responsible for the GDP of some smaller coffee producing nations, and have enough energy each morning to drive the local power station and save on coal.

OK I thought there was another post on here but it looks like it's disappeared. Wanted to give credit. Anyhow, the post mentioned dataflows so I looked into it. This is part of the MS powerapps but (for me) was one of the hidden items which needed pinning.

Anyway, it seems that a transfer of data from Sharepoint to a table is not limited to 20 lines if you use a dataflow. The dataflow will optionally make your table, and can apparently be scheduled to go and get more data from the sharepoint list as required.
I now have approx 200 of my 400 lines. Not sure why they haven't all come over, but it seems we are getting somewhere.

I still do not know why the import does not work for more than 20 lines in the Tables powerapp.

Hi @MickH, I've got the exact same problem - but cannot find a solution anywhere. I'm uploading a table of 2500 rows and only the first 20 are actually showing (I know the rest of the data isn't there as I've used the table in a lookup field in another table) - this was over three weeks ago, so it can't be because it's slow to update.

If it IS a licensing issue, or an Environment settings issue, or that it just isn't possible to do, you'd think they would have the sense to explain that somewhere, instead of absolutely NO supporting information whatsoever - it is frustrating the life out of me, and more annoyingly, delaying me launching an app in my org.

I've discovered the Dataflow option and tried it today, still no updates of data.

If you got a solution eventually, please share!!
