Quote Number displays correctly on web but not on mobile devices.

Hi Team,
 

When I click the item button in our system, the Quote Number is generated and displayed correctly on the web version. However, when I follow the same process on a mobile device, the Quote Number does not appear.

We are using the offline feature in the Canvas app.

Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

    You are doing a Patch. I believe that you are using Autonumber. 
     
    For that case, check if you have include autonumber field in the map. When you use offline feature the data is created locally and after power apps sync to the Dataverse. Autonumber run by a plugin, because of that the plugin doesn't run and could not show until sync the data..
     
    Check if include Autonumber field it will generate. Or if you are using a custom plugin code to do that. you plugin must support offline operation.

    Thank you for your suggestion, But I feel that for offline canvas apps, we cannot directly use a server-side plugin like the one I've shared. This is because plugins work on the server side, while canvas apps primarily run on the client side.
