Just wondering if I need to take any action in regard to the CDS Upgrade email I recieved recently.

I currently only use an app via PowerApps to display information contained in a Sharepoint List. I do not use it to record any information. So do I need to do any upgrades.

Hi @DesW ,

It is necessary to upgrade your CDS to the latest version (CDS 2.0) within your PowerApps.

People who started using a Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent environment before October 1, 2018 will need to upgrade.

The previous version of CDS will not be supported on March 15, 2019. If you create an app based on previous CDS, the app would not work at that time.

Note: If people take no action, we will expect that they are not interested in upgrading and their databases will be deleted 30 days after the service is discontinued.

If you don't want to use CDS data source within your PowerApps, you could consider ignore this upgrade.
