Hello,

I send out about 100 emails weekly based on the contents of a pdf file. I have set up the flow to send emails and tested it; everything works fine.

Is it possible for power automate to find the correct email address based on an excel sheet and send the email to that address?

I would think so. What do you mean "find the correct email address"? I'm guessing you need to loop through rows in an excel sheet until you find a match of some value, and grab the corresponding email address?

Should be relatively simple using a for each loop after extracting the data into a datatable using the Excel actions.

@Anonymous Use an If condition to validate correct email address and if it satisfies send an email or move on to next dataset in excel.

Could you clarify what you meant by "find the correct email address"?

Based on assumptions about what you are trying to ask....

Use the "Find and replace cells in Excel" action and search for the desired text or also get the text at another offset in the same or another row.
