Problem with flow from forms with attachments

Good evening,

I am having trouble figuring a couple things out and not able to locate a similar post. I am new to Powermate so I bet I am missing something.

Background: I have a Microsoft form with questions and also questions that require file uploads. I am trying to create a flow that will grab the uploaded files from the form response and attach to an email. I have tested that and it's currently working. I am also trying to get the form responses, making a pdf of them, and attaching that to an email. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to attach that portion to go with the array of the uploaded form response files. Is there a way to do this?

For the form responses, I do not have a premium license so was not able to utilize the method of populating a Microsoft Word template. Creating an html file with Onedrive and converting to pdf was the only other way I found to do this as I am also not able to use any third party connectors.

The other question is am I able to take all the attachments (uploaded form response files and form responses) and combine into 1 file so that I can email with 1 attachment opposed from many? I haven't found a workaround or method that is not third party related.

I have included a few pictures from my flow that I hope help. Thank you

Hello! The post is quite old and I hope you managed to find the required solution. I just want to share some thoughts on the topic that may be useful for other users.

Merging PDF files to the submitted reply will require a third-party solution in any case. Some connectors are included in a premium subscription for Power Automate, others do not require it and have own pricing separate from the Microsoft service. What option is more profitable depends on the exact use case. After a quick search for actions to merge PDFs, I found connectors of Adobe, Encodian, PDF4me, Plumsail. The latter provides a guide that covers the use case you described and a video instruction for it. The only modification required for your use case is to replace the last step with sending an e-mail message through Outlook 365.
