Taking time and date information from Survey123 data in an email trigger

I'm trying to set an email trigger every time someone submits a response to a Survey123 form using Power Automate. I'm having trouble with the body of the email as I would like it to include information from the survey response, specifically from a date and time question.

Initially, I had an issue that the date came though as an integer, I've used the function to convert it into a string which I had hoped would allow me to use the formatDateTime function (as seen in the image), however I get the warning below.

InvalidTemplate
Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'In function 'formatDateTime', the value provided for date time string '1725370200000' was not valid. The datetime string must match ISO 8601 format.'.

Does anyone have any ideas if there is a function to change the date into an appropriate format?

Hmmm

I am baffled as to why its coming in as what looks like Ticks.

But you can use this to convert it back to a date time

addSeconds('0001-01-01',div(NumberofTicks),10000000))
