Run As Option not available - need to send email from service account

I have a Power Automate flow that sends emails.  I thought if I used a connection reference from my service account that would be where the emails get sent from, but the emails appear in the sent box of the user running the flow. The flow is triggered from powerapps. There is no Run As option. Any way to send email as the service account?   The Use Case is we don't want the customer having the emails in their sent box so they can email back internal people they should not have access to.

Thank you in advance.

If a customer creates the request to execute this flow, they see this email in their sent box that shows email address we don't want them to see. Any way around this?

    Hi @ctedesco3307

You could put your service account into From (Send as) parameter in Send an email action:

Please make sure the service account has Send as and Send on behalf permissions.

You could also use Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2) action to avoid sending emails from users:

@v-peijunz-msft - thank you for the response. I looked into the Send As from option but dont you have to set up the send on behalf for every user that would kick off the flow?   I'll look into the Shared mailbox - thank you.
