Lately, I have noticed that the Code Window will not expand downward more than about an inch. This makes for a lot of scrolling when you have an OnStart Command of over 300 lines.
Especially in No-Code or Low-Code environments with thousands of lines of code. (Last line was sarcasm)
Am I missing something?

I believe we can expand the code window more than an inch.
You have to place your cursor and drag the code window line as shown in the below image:

No I'm not seeing what you have highlighted in Red. I used to.
You have to place your cursor at that place, so that you will get a handler (mouse pointer) to drag it down.
