Hi All,

Whether the comment column in the approval notifications email can be define?Approvalcomment.png

I also saw something different with the time zone listed on the e-mail notification and the actual time, how do I change it according to the actual time zone?

Please advice. Thank you

Are you using the current Start and Wait for an Approval or Create an Approval action or did you build this from a template using some of the older actions?  I just built out an approval and get a different screen in email (No Comments Section).  The Details section can be filled in in the action.  The date/time shows as GMT (Grenwich Mean Time) because there is no way to detect the local timezone of the mailbox where the mail is being delivered.  This can't be changed.

Sorry, I just took a closer look at your screenshot.  YOu are looking at the notification email that goes to the requestor when the Apprvoal is returned.  The issue with time and date are the same.  The comments should be filled in with any optional comments provided by the Approver.  They are the only one who can supply those comments.

    Hi @krfajar ,

The comment is a supplement to Approver's approval results, which can only be added by Approver.

Regarding the time when Date Submitted is displayed, it is currently not supported to change the time zone.

You could consider adding the actual time this Approval request was created to the Details based on the actual time zone.
