Importing PowerApps with Flows attached into a new environment

I need to transfer a few apps with flows attached to a new environment.  All connect to SharePoint Lists.  As an initial project and data was copied about three months ago.  I got distracted by another project. Then the data was update last weekend.  I note that if my powerapp and flows were created before teh first transfer,  I had no issues transferring.  Now I find any flows created attached to apps after that through up a permissions error.  I have full permissions. If Import th flows independently I get the fail also, but get a message to create them as new,  so I do,  but when I go to import the powerapp with update on those flows I get the error still.  Any ideas.  This is abig project and if I have to rebuild everything I will be finding a cliff to jump off!

Ok,  this problem persists and now includes Power Apps with the issues.  I can successfully move an APP that has no flows connected,  but when I open and do the removal of old connections and add the new connections from the new team site,  it is all OK until I run the app.  It states I do not have permision to access the datasource.  I even removed reference to the datasource in the code and reinserted based on the changes to connections.  problem persists.  It does not present an issue with data migrated in the earlier copy.  If the app was built after that I get the problem.  It is though SP has created a different set of permssions for the lists,  even though I have been given now full admin to try and work this out
