Fetch/get sender's email from export email tool

Hello,

we are having trouble getting the 'Sender' from the export email tool. Hence, we are trying to import some specific outlook details to excel row. Please see sample screenshot below.

The flow:

Export email content and sender's email address:

Hello sir, unfortunately, it will not work this way as the mail is coming from a generic mailbox. Hence, sender name was showing 'On behalf of' reason why we use the export email.
