Hi,
I have two columns of choice type i.e. Region and Status.
So expection is if Region is equal to Europe,it should trigger an email.
After 5 minutes,if Status column equals to Awaiting Review it should trigger reminder email.
So in if condtion I am checking condition as Region Value equals Europe,if yes block i have set email action which is triggering.
After this I have set delay action and setting 5 mintues,under this I am checking condition if Status Value equals to Awaiting Review.In yes block i have set reminder email action.
Now what is happening is
User is getting email when Region Value equals to Europe,there after
User is changing the status value to Rejected,but still after 5 minutes reminder email is getting generated.
Please let me know your ideas/thoughts to fix the issue.
