Problems with items in a Gallery connected to sharepoint list.

Hi there.

In a previous post @WarrenBelz helps me with items visualization in a Gallery connected to a Sharepoint list which has more than 5000 elements.

Now I've " inherited" another PowerApps and I have a similar problem here.

Here the query for the Items:

Filter(Andon; User().FullName in 'Preso in carico da'.DisplayName && IsBlank('Risolto alle'))

Last time the solution was to create an Index column for each field in the query code.

This time I've tried to create an Index column for "Risolto alle" and "preso in carico da" column, but nothing happens.

Some hints?

I think that the problem is with "In" funciton. I think that it is not delegable.

Why don't you try with StartsWith or Search ?

Still not working with Startswith function:

Filter(Andon; StartsWith('Preso in carico da'.DisplayName;User().FullName) && IsBlank('Risolto alle'))

Search Function is giving me errors of elements not valid. Are you sure that you can use it in combo with Filter function?

Can you show me a print and the error that it gives you?

You can also try this:

Filter(Andon; 'Preso in carico da'.DisplayName = User().FullName ; IsBlank('Risolto alle'))

Here's a screen.

As you can see I have 2 problems here:

1) the table says that "no data is found". Take in mind that This PowerApp is not mine and the author is not in the company anymore. I don't know why I don't have the "Data" option on the rightside of my screen.

2) Delegation problem.

Delegation errors because of "in"...

I did it with my username but it doesn't work.
I tried in another PC with other users and it works fine (the version with "in").

It seems that it can't find rows with those condition, but it's strange and I can't understand why -->GOT IT!

Other users can see theire old rows. But they can't see the news.
