Sort Gallery by lowest number first

Good morning all,

I should now how to do this but I just can't quite get it working. So my current formula filters my list to show items only created by others, I want the gallery to then be sorted by invoice number, the lowest invoice number being at the top the highest at the bottom. Please can someone suggest what I need to add.

Filter(
 'My List',
 !('Created by'=User().FullName))

Hi @Edd-Keogh ,

You can try the following code:
SortByColumns( Filter( 'My List', !('Created by'=User().FullName) ), "InvoiceNumber", SortOrder.Ascending ) //Replace InvoiceNumber with the ColumnName including the quotes Another way is Sort( Filter( 'My List', !('Created by'=User().FullName) ), ColumnName, SortOrder.Ascending ) //Here, quotes aren't needed

@Ethan_R would it be possible to add a second filter into this to only include if invoice approved column is blank?

Yes @Edd-Keogh ,

You can add multiple filters so as you mentioned:
SortByColumns( Filter( 'My List', !('Created by'=User().FullName) && (IsBlank(ApprovedColumn) || ApprovedColumn = Blank()) ), "InvoiceNumber", SortOrder.Ascending )
