Power Apps/D365 Licensing Question

Hello,

 

We have built a Power App and embedded it into our D365. Will our D365 Activity user licenses or D365 Team member user licenses be able to access and use this embedded Power App? Or is this functionality limited only full user licenses (Finance, SCM, etc.)?

 

Appreciate the assistance.
