Patch to a sharepoint Person Column errors

Hi, I want to "send" a name on powers apps to my SharePoint list using the function Patch. I have seen so far various patch functions but none are working and I don't understand why. Anyone knows how I can fix this?

Patch(DB, Defaults(DB),{
 'Person 1':{
 Claims: Concatenate(
 "i :0w.f|membership|",
 User().Email
 ),
 Department: "",
 DisplayName: User().FullName,

@esilvac, to patch Person columns you need to use this odata:

Patch(
 Appreciation_week_DB,
 Defaults(Appreciation_week_DB),
 {
 Person: {
 '@odata.type': "#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser",
 Claims: Concatenate(
 "i:0#.f|membership|",
 User().Email
 ),
 Department: "",
 DisplayName: User().FullName,
 Email: User().Email,
