Hello Power automate users,

I am a beginner to Power automate. I am trying to create a flow to list tasks in a planner from Sharepoint list with the condition to list only tasks which belong to Sprint X (X can be 1, 2, 3 etc.,).

The below flow works. But, when I create a new task or update a task in Sharepoint list and re-run the flow, all the tasks are listed again or duplicated.

Can someone recommend me how to avoid duplicates and update the planner with only new tasks when I re-run the flow?
