Data source error formuala error when creating an search bar

Hello

I am adding a search bar and I am getting a formula error when I add the data source to the gallery. See the screen shot below. I refreshed the data source, this was a posted solution and tried deleting and re-adding the gallery but I am still getting the formula error. Thanks

Hi @JosephcKKI ,
Are you saying the after completing the code you are getting the error?
Because with the screenshot, it seems you haven't completed the code for Search function.
What happen when you complete the code? I mean, if you use Search(DataSource, TextInput.Text, "ColumnName")

here is the screen shot as youcan see when I put the curse next to the data source that displays the error and the rest of the code stay text and has no significance. thanks in advance

Hi @JosephcKKI ,
As per your recent screenshot, there is mistake in spelling and missing comma.

The formula should look like this: Search('Resume and Hiring Management', TextInput.Text, "Title")
It is Search not Scearch, spelling mistake in recent screenshot. Also, there is comma missing after the data source
'Resume and Hiring Management' and lastly please make sure that you are using the exact column name of SharePoint. For more information, please check this Microsoft article.

I made the corrections and the error is still there. Again this is an issue with the data source. See screenshot below.

Hi @JosephcKKI ,

As mentioned in previous reply that you need to make sure that you have correct SharePoint Column name.

In the screenshot, for "title" you are getting error. Please check the column name in SharePoint. If you are using out of the box column name then it should be "Title" not "title".

Hello again and thank for continuing to reply. Here is another screenshot again and as you can see the Title is changed but there is still an error that relates back to the data source not the rest of the code. I did a data refresh like was in another post here but that did not work like it did for the other person. hope you can help.

Sir it is Search not scearch and you are still missing comma after the data source. Please read this article to make sure that you are using proper syntax.
