Approvals Keeps Coming Back

Hello There


for the whole today i have struggling to approve or cancel approval tasks in power automate , they keep coming back after actioned , i have turned off all my workflows and deleted all the items connected to approvals but the approvals keeps coming back , does any one ever experienced this or have a solution for this ?

    Hi @MinyoInfoTech ,

     

    Please go to Power Automate Portal -> Data -> Connections, find the Approval connection, open the details and check if this connection is still used in some flow:
