Sorting when using choices in alphabetical for when the source data is Outlook365 Users

In PowerApps, currently the items for this card is

Choices([@'Services Request'].NameofRequester), Currently the drop-down list starts with the history in my Outlook contacts, but if you start tying the individual's last name it can be searched. How do I get the drop-down to be in alphabetical order?

wrap it into a SortByColumns function
e.g. SortByColumns(Choices([@'Services Request'].NameofRequester), "DisplayName", SortOrder.Ascending)
