How to restrict choices from drop down menu in Power App

I have Choice column "Function" in my Data Source and it has multiple choices added in list, however in APP I only want to give user 3 options to select and don't want to remove choices from original list as it can result in removing existing data. Can anyone please help

 

My data source - MTP Submissions

Choice column name - Function

 

Function column have below choices:

 

Assurance
Billing
Collections
Credit Referrals and Fraud
Credit Risk Lifecycle

 

I only want user to see the 3 below choice

 

Collections

Assurance

Billing

Categories:
Building Power Apps

    in choices, data source simply use the fristN() function in

    Hi @varshajohar,

    if it's only 3, I would hardcode it in the items property of the dd:

    ["", "Collections", "Assurance", "Billing" ]

     

    (Empty at the beginning is optional. You can additionally set default to one of the values)
