I am trying to set up a flow that will look for upcoming events on a Sharepoint calendar I created within 3 weeks. If it sees an upcoming event, it should send an email to a specified address in our organization. Everything works, except that I can't select the Sharepoint calendar I created in the flow. It asks me for the Calendar ID, but it only lists the Calendars I have under my own account and not the Sharepoint calendar. I also tried to use a custom value and used the name of the calendar but that also did not work. How do I use the Sharepoint calendar in my flow?
It doesn't sound like you're using the SharePoint Get Items action. A SharePoint calendar is just a list, so you use Get Items. That said, the Calendar doesn't show up in the list drop down. You can select Custom Value and enter the Calendar name.
Please remember that SharePoint calendars store repeating events in an odd manner - I don't believe that you'll be able to retrieve individual instances of a repeating event occurring within the next 3 weeks unless you use the SharePoint HTTP action.
