If I will purchase a power automate per-user plan with attended RPA and I will use a power automate desktop to build my flow, will I still consume the 40K limit per day for every action I will use in Power Automate Desktop?
Or the limit will only be consumed if I call an action thru cloud flows? for example: If I will call a Run Desktop Flow action in my cloud flow, will I only consume 1 in my 40K limit? or I will also consume the total actions that I used in my Desktop Flow?
