I can't get excel attachement from Sharepoint to send an email, errors showed as below, how can I fix it. Thanks.

This forum is for desktop flows and your question is related to cloud flows. Please post questions like that in here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/bd-p/BuildingFlows

For what it's worth, it seems like you are using the wrong Id. Possibly that of an attachment on an email, or even something that is not really a file Id at all. Would make it easier to tell you what's wrong if you showed the expanded Get file content action in edit mode.

The "File identifier" field in both Get file metadata and Get file contents expects the file Id only. You should not provide the path there.

The file identifier value being 544 seems strange. What exactly are you using as the Id there? Is it the Id from the trigger action?

it is the only "ID" available from the dynamic list, actually I felt strange too, it is different with another "Id", which is available in other list, but just not available in this list.

Have you tried using the Get file metadata using path and Get file content using path actions? If you get the file path as inputs from the trigger, you should be able to pass those to these actions. Seems like the ID is not really the file identifier.

If you are using file path, do not provide any Id, File content or any other dynamic content. Just provide the path itself.
