Can't 'RUN' PowerApp using Web - runs find in Desktop and Mobile

I have an application that I'm beginning to deploy to users and I've run into an interesting situation.  If they launch from the desktop app on Windows 10 or mobile device, it runs correctly (mostly) - there are some entry fields that don't populate correctly when you run the app, but populate correctly when in 'preview' mode. (I'm logging a different issue on this)

However, if they go to PowerApps on the Web and try to run the application they get the following error:

PowerAppsError.png

If I open it in EDIT mode using the Web App and then go into 'Preview' I'm able to run the application.  Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks-
Tom.

    Hello

I think you are giving the users the wrong link. Users shouldn't be trying to go to a Preview link the best I can tell.

If you go to web.powerapps.com, click Apps, click on the App then on the Details screen you should see the URL you should be sharing with them. Try that and see if things go better? Capture111.PNG

That is the link that I'm distributing that is issuing the error.  The only way my users are able to run this app is with the desktop client - and there are some issues with that as a solution as forms operate differently when the app there.

I'm not sure what to do about this.

    Thanks

    Hi Cherie -

Here is the information from my app.  There is a secure SharePoint site on the back end of this that I will be happy to add you to.  You can find me in the Microsoft global address book,  Send me an e-mail and I will add you.

Thanks for the research and debugging Cherie!

Folks - it appears that we have found an issue with the Edge browser.  Cherie has escalated to that team.  However, I'm able to run the app in any other browser except Edge.  I will continue trying as new versions of Edge are released.

    Thanks!

    Tom.
