Form is invisible when I execute the App

I'm a new user to PowerApps, so inb4 sorry for any mistakes.

 

On the app i'm making, there are 2 different screens with forms.

 

- One of them is a "sugestion" form where you can suggest something(that info goes straight to an Excel sheet)

- The other is pretty similar, but it should (having trouble with that also) get an info from one table and send it to another(with the added info from the form)

 

My problem is that the forms show up normally on the studio page, but when I execute it or when I open it in my phone, it says "No Items" 

---*EDIT 1 - I Dont know what i should type on the "Item" field, since its "new" data beign submited---

 

Anyone already had a similar issue?

    For a new item form, you need to navigate to it like this:

    NewForm( EditForm1 ); Navigate( EditScreen1, None )

    Thanks for the help! Apparently the reason was I was using " , " to separate the two actions(new form and navigate), i kept trying stuff and found that && from javascript works!
