How to add help text to all fields in form level display in model driven apps

Hi,

    how to display help text to all the fields in form level in model driven apps .please help on this?

    Model driven are not too customisable, but a simple way to add help text to fields is to set the "Description" value for the columns in Dataverse. The description appears as a tooltip in the form and you can use this technqiue to provide some help to users.
