Flow status running but no "Action" is active

I have some of my flows with status as running but looking through them, I found out that the next action which should run is not activated.

 

I really need help.

    You need to check if this Approval action is a kind of 'start an approval' action, if so then it is expected, you need to add anther action with 'wait for approval' to get the approval outcome to continue your flow. 

    Otherwise you can just use 'Start and wait for approval' action accordingly

    I reckon in this case you need raise support request with Microsoft

    Thank you for your response.

     

    It is actually a start and wait for Approval Action.

    I have several successful instances of this flow.

     

    When I checked the flow status, I then see several flows running but never completing and some completing.
