Opening Powerapps link from mail gives a different view than when opening "normally"

Hi,
I'm new to Powerapps - now you know 🙂

I have created an app that can send a link to a user(not deep link directly to the record, but to the gallery view). When I from the mail link open the gallery and select a record I get the "view details mode" but when I then click the pen to edit I get a different layout than when I do the same directly in Powerapps? It seems like all changes I made to the edit form myself are missing.

Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong?

You need to publish your app, which you can do here:

You find these settings under the "File" tab

Thank you that was the solution! 🙂 I didn't think that would change anything as I was sendint to myself, but it did.

No, when you play the app you get the last published version, when you edit the app you get the latest saved version.

@DSKJ Is there any parameters added in link which shared in email?
Also as @StretchFredrik suggested please check if your app is published and you are accessing latest version.

It was the publishing that was the issue - totally newbie thing 🙂
