Could you please help to create a Flow that sends one common email when a document is created or added in the document library.
One common email should be sent to:
- several Reviewers; can be 2 and more person (Allow multiple selections: chosen for this column in the Document library)
- one Consolidator;
- one Approver;
I have created the flow, to the recipients as indicated above and it works but the problems is
- in the body of email other Reviewer cannot see other names of Reviewers, only his name of the person who received the email.
- Approver and Consolidator receives not one letter but several duplicates of email, quantity dependent of number of Reviewers.
