how to do multiselect country listbox filter in gallery?

I have a country listbox and gallery has items from CDM table(50k items) with one column as country.

When user selects 3 countries or 7 countries from listbox gallery should filter 3 or 7 country items from 50k

    Hi @AmitLoh-Powerap

Yes, ONLY ListBox has SelectMultiple.True option.

    At ListBox.OnSelect:

    - ClearCollect(NewCollection, Filter(OriginalTable, FieldTitleX exactin Listbox1!SelectedItems!Result)) (in case you are doing Multiple Search as in another post you asked) or

    - Filter(OriginalTable, FieldTitleX exactin Listbox1!SelectedItems!Result))

    Hope this helps. TQ

    thanks hpkeong!

I have below in items of gallery-
    SortByColumns(Search(ourdatasourcecdmtable, TextInputsearch.Text, "Description","Company","ProductGroup","Country"), "Country", Ascending)

now if I have country list box I will write
    ClearCollect(NewCollection, Filter(ourdatasourcecdmtable, Country exactin Listbox1!SelectedItems!Result))

Now will it refresh gallery automatically?

    Hi

    If you put at at:

    - Screen.OnVisible, then everytime you navigate to this screen, it will definitely refresh

Otherwise, you can use BUTTON.OnSelect = ClearCollect(....)

    or Use OnTimerEnd.

There are numerous way and choose what is suitable to your needs.

    Hope this helps.

thanks!! but exactin does not support delegation and I can not provide users incorrect results(when they search they need to see all data(scrolling and then seeing 500+ is fine but not first 500 only)

    Anyway thanks for your help.

Can someone from MS support comment on any future chance of making below delegatble

For complex apps its very problemtic.

    I have one workaround!

Filter(PRCWithReimbursementV2,Country <> "Albania",Country <> "Argentina") this works when its hardcoded.

    Filter(PRCWithReimbursementV2,Country <> "Albania",Country <> "Argentina",Country <> "Australia")-  this works hardcoded with 500+ delegation!

Now I want to put (Country <> "Albania",Country <> "Argentina") in the variable. How do I do that.

    Hi

May you replace with Dropdown? As I know, Dropdown is delegatable,

    This maybe another option.

I seldom deal with 500+ or even 1000+ of data.

Hence, whatever I share here is coding and for delegation issue, I will leave it to others or PG

    Thanks.
