Flow add incorrect data to PDF Document

I have a flow that creates a PDF with a SharePoint List Item but since sometimes this flow runs multiple times I have noticed that the information that the flow adds to the PDF is in incorrect and add the incorrect ID 

This is affecting since the ID on the name belongs to a different row and the information doesnt match

Is there anything I can do to avoid this?

    Yes. Rewrite the flow. Or at least show it here.

    This first part takes the template from OneDrive, populates the Doc with Sharepoint Information and creates the File in OneDrive with the name "ODS_(Sharepoint ID)" (here lays the problem since the ID added doesn't belong to the one that was created in Sharepoint)

    This part looks for a similar file with the same name and deletes it so the new one can be created
