Need different forms from same list

I am trying to build 3 seperate forms in SPO using PowerApps which draw from a single SPO "master" list. If I create the form and add all fields from the list to page 1 and then create page 2, any fields deleted/added on page 2 are removed from page 1. I am not a programmer, just trying to get this so I can have 3 forms (for different departments) update fields in one main list. Any suggestions? thanks

Please try with below formula:

Patch(YourListName,Defaults(YourListName),Form1.Updates,Form2.Updates.Form3.Updates)

thanks. in which field do i put these? OnStart or onVisible? are they part of the Form or the App?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please put this formula in the OnSelect property of a button control. Or you can put it in any behavior property as you like.
